Job Role – Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer

£45,000 - £46,000 + Overtime (1.5x, 2x) + Progression into Team Leader Role + Training Courses + Great Holiday Entitlement and Many More Benefits!

The Company

An opportunity has an arisen for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to join an establish, global manufacturer! As a mechanically biased maintenance engineer, you will be joining a company who invest heavily in their engineers from both a development and progression perspective – no wonder they have such a low staff turnover!

The Role

As a mechanically biased maintenance engineer, you will be involved in:

  • Reacting to breakdowns while also conducting planned maintenance through a CMMS
  • Getting stuck into loads of project work!
  • Fault finding mechanically on a range of different components
  • Basic electrical fault finding

Requirements

To be a successful application for the maintenance engineering position, our clients requires:

  • An NVQ level 3 or equivalent is engineering
  • In depth mechanical background
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Great communication skills
